Our Base Rental Price for the property is $1,500 - $2,400 depending on the number of guests and if you choose to use our indoor space as well.

What spaces are available?

  • Indoor tasting room: up to 48 people

  • Patio: up to 80 people

  • Lawn: up to 250 people

Can i purchase wine by the bottle?

All alcoholic beverages are to be provided by Terra Vina Wines. Wine is charged on consumption with a minimum purchase requirement of 1 case of wine for every 25 guest. Cost of the wine is at 30% off the published retail price. Beer may be available if prior arrangements are made.

Are tables and chairs provided?

Terra Vina does not provide chairs, tables, dishware, linens, or tents, so those will need to be rented from a third-party rental company. A list can be provided of preferred vendors and we would be happy to help with suggested items.

how much time is included in the rental period?

Weddings less than 75 guests, $1,500 for the first 6 hours and then $250/hr. thereafter.

Weddings of 75 -150 guests, $1,800 for the first 6 hours and $300/hr. thereafter.

Weddings of 150 - 250 guests, $2,200 for the first 6 hours and $350/hr. thereafter.

Rental periods may not begin any earlier than 11 am and must conclude by 10:00 pm. The rental rate is applied to rehearsals, getting ready, event duration and clean-up. Chargeable time begins when the Event Host requires access to the grounds, needs the assistance of someone from Terra Vina Wines, and continues until closing down the facilities to the group, including clean up.

Do you have preferred caterers?

Catering services are contracted with Stark Events, LLC. Any alternative catering is to be arranged by Event Host, prior approval required. Customized menu with family style or buffet options available.

Approximate Costs for Catering are:

Buffet $60-$70pp 6-8 menu items, including Apps/Cocktail Hour

Family Style per Table $75-$90pp 6-8 menu items, including Apps/Cocktail Hour

is there an event fee deposit?

There is a $500 non-refundable deposit required at time of reservation. Balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the event. Final amount is due at the end of the reservation period and will include charges for the beverages, any table and chair rental fees paid by Terra Vina Wines, additional amenity/decor rentals, and a $150 clean-up fee. An additional security deposit of $500 must be paid to Terra Vina Wines 60 days prior to the event and will be reimbursed to the renter within 8 weeks after the event, minus the cost of any damage.

Is gratuity included in the price?

Gratuity for bartenders and waitstaff is not included in any fees.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

Unfortunately, we do not have an indoor space that can accommodate more than 50 guests, so in the event of inclement weather a tent can be reserved for the lawn area but ground conditions could impact your event.
